Abstract
Leishmaniasis is an uncommon condition in Western Europe, except aroun d the Mediterranean coast. However, it may occasionally be seen in the United Kingdom, in patients who acquired the infection in foreign lan ds. An unusual case of localized cutaneous leishmaniasis recidiva affe cting the nose after septal surgery is presented.
