Abstract
A comparative study of six commercial ELISA kits, seroneutralization a nd passive hemagglutination was run in 4 laboratories. The sudy used 1 51 field or experimental sera. Agreement and reproducibility, as well as interpretation levels of the results were checked. The eight reacti ons agreed for 74.1 per cent of the samples. Five classes of tests wer e found according to sensitivity. The neutralization test was found ir regularly reproducible. Even at equal sensitivity, all tests did not f it to analysis of mixed samples.
