Abstract
In a recent paper (Tsay et al. 1991), a theorem on robust control is p roposed. While we maintain the result is correct, the proof is present ed in error. In this note, we present a useful theorem on the solution s of Riccati equations, which will prove fundamental to the main theor em in the above mentioned paper.
