A. Benjamin et al., UVEITIS AS THE ONLY CLINICAL MANIFESTATION OF POSTSTREPTOCOCCAL SYNDROME, American journal of ophthalmology, 123(2), 1997, pp. 258-260
PURPOSE: To report a case of streptococcal infection of the upper resp

poststreptococcal immune disease. RESULTS: Bilateral anterior uveitis
was treated with corticosteroids alone and resolved without ophthalmi
c complications. CONCLUSION: Bilateral anterior uveitis may be the onl
y clinical manifestation of poststreptococcal syndrome.
