We perform a two-loop calculation to determine the leading order elect
roweak corrections to the B-BBAR mixing amplitude. In this way, we fin
d out the leading order dependence of this amplitude on the mass of th
e Higgs boson, M(H). This dependence is essentially ln2(M(H)). The int
erplay between the top quark and the Higgs boson gives rise to the ter
m m(t)4ln2(M(H)) in the effective Lagrangian. These corrections may le
ad to a few percent correction to the mixing parameter.
