Abstract
We determine the magnetic vector potential for a ferromagnetic plate i n the steady state conditions with eddy currents which are induced by sliding field currents. Our plate has non linear magnetic B(H) charact eristic. We deduce the cyclic impedance of the field coils and the vis ualizations of the induction and the permeability of the plate as a fu nction of both the magnitude of field current and the slip frequency.
