Abstract
Analysis of linkage between the gene of autosomal dominant tylosis and some loci with RFLP in 1, 14 and 17 chromosomes in the pedigree with this disorder was performed. A positive load score (0.729 at 0-0.20) f or tylosis and D17S14 locus (DNA probe pTHH-59) was found.
