Abstract
Thanks to CC an important number of endocrine sterility has been cured . The antiestrogenic effect of CC has been accused to promote perturba tions of cervical mucus secretion and endometrial receptivity. The dif ferent technics to assure correction of negative side effects while pr omoting optimal activity of clomiphene will be discussed in terms of m odem evaluation methodes.
