The design and performance of coplanar high-T(c) superconducting micro
wave components which have been fabricated from YBCO thin-films on LaA
lO3 substrates are presented. The devices are as follows: (i) a resona
tor at 6.5 GHz consisting of a short-circuited halfwave transmission l
ine; (ii) a 6.5 GHz low-noise single-substrate oscillator on a substra
te with dimensions 10X10 mm2; (iii) narrow-band three-pole and five-po
le parallel--coupled band-pass filters at 10 GHz; and (iv) bent (meand
er line) interconnection lines on a substrate with dimensions 20x20 mm
