Abstract
The influence of bovine seminal plasma (SP) on the antigen-antibody pr ecipitating complexes was investigated using kinetic nephelometric pro cedure. Formation of OVA/anti-OVA (ovalbumin) immune complexes was inh bited by bovine seminal plasma in a dose dependent manner. Partial cha racterization of the active substance(s) was performed after chromatol ography and gel- filtration separation procedures.
