Abstract
We report a case of acute myocardial infarction caused by multiple cor onary artery dissections in a pregnant woman at term. When reinfarctio n elicited fetal distress, Caesarean section was performed under caref ully administered extradural anaesthesia, with maternal and fetal surv ival.
