Abstract
The clinical presentation, surgical findings, and histology of scleros ing stromal tumor of the ovary in a 13-year-old girl are presented. Al though rare, this benign ovarian neoplasm must be considered in the di fferential diagnosis of ovarian tumors in women younger than 30 years.
