Abstract
A patient with a pancreatic tumour suffered severe diarrhoea as a resu lt of abnormal secretions of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide. Initia l elemental feeding and continued nutritional support improved her nut ritional status. The patient currently supports her nutritional needs from a normal diet.
