Abstract
Combination of suppression polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and megapri mer method of site-directed mutagenesis allows specific reamplificatio n of extended megaprimer. This modification is proposed for templates that are difficult to amplify when standard megaprimer procedures do n ot generate sufficient yield of mutated product. (C) 1996 Elsevier Sci ence B.V.
