The ac and dc electrical properties of X CuSO4.0.5 (1-X) (K2SO4.ZnSO4)
glasses (0.0 less-than-or-equal-to X less-than-or-equal-to 0.4) conta
ining 2 mol% of vanadium sulphate have been studied. It is found that
ac conductivity, dc conductivity, dielectric constant (epsilon') and l
oss factor (epsilon'') are maximum for the glass in which X=0.01. Time
dependence of resistance is also studied. Cole-Cole distribution para
meter a for distribution of relaxation times has also been obtained.
