Abstract
During 1990, 166 patients were treated by quinolones. 8,4 % adverse re actions were noted in 6,6 % of treated patients. The most frequent adv erse effects were arthromyalgias and CNS reactions (1, 7 %). The thera py had to be discontinued in 2,4 % of cases. These side-effects were a lways reversible after drug with drawal.
