Abstract
The influence of small deme sizes oscillations in a one-locus two-alle le model is considered. The dependence of frequency deviations from th e fluctuation numbers is obtained. The new method of selection coeffic ients and migration matrix estimation from the deme numbers and the al lele frequencies observations is found,
