Abstract
The optimum conditions for the thermal treatment of samples in the sys tem In2O3-TiO2 have been chosen; the changes in the electrical conduct ivity of the limiting solid solution based on indium oxide and the com pound In2TiO5 have been studied at 300-1620 K, and the influence of th e partial pressure of oxygen on the conductivity has been established.
