Abstract
Xe-129 NMR measurements are presented where the particle flow between gas and liquid phase is monitored. The magnetization exchange is studi ed by two-dimensional NMR experiments and is interpreted in the case o f short mixing times in terms of a simple particle-diffusion model. Su ch experiments on monoatomic systems may serve for calibration of theo retical models and of numerical simulations of the liquid-gas equilibr ium dynamics.
