A system stabilizing the delay of pulsed stimulated emission of an inj
ection laser is realized using the method of priority time discriminat
ion of pulse signals. In the 23-70 degrees C temperature range the sta
bilizing system makes it possible to stabilize the stimulated-emission
delay for the 32DL106 laser with an error of below 150 ps and to incr
ease the stability of its pulse power.
