Abstract
A case of renal cell carcinoma containing non-caseating epithelioid gr anulomas is described. These granulomas were indistinguishable from sa rcoid granulomas microscopically. There was a clinical suggestion of s arcoidosis thirteen years prior to the excision of the tumour. The pat hogenesis and significance of tumour-associated epithelioid granulomas are discussed.
