Abstract
A 48 year old man who had never been treated with any other major tran quilliser developed tardive dyskinesia (TD) while taking sulpiride for Gilles de la Tourette syndrome (GTS). To our knowledge, this is the f irst report of TD complicating the use of sulpiride in the treatment o f GTS.
