Abstract
An expression is obtained for the relaxation oscillation frequency of a solid-state ring la r with arbitrary polarization of optical modes, arbitrary coupling coefficients, and amplitude and frequency nonrecipr ocity of the cavity. The analysis made is also valid for linear double -mode and two-channel solid-state lasers.
