Abstract
Tumor lysis syndrome has rarely been observed in solid tumors, We repo rt a case of a patient with advanced invasive thymoma associated with peripheral blood T-cell lymphocytosis in whom tumor lysis syndrome dev eloped after chemotherapy. The potential for tumor lysis syndrome shou ld be anticipated when treating extensive thymoma.
