Abstract
Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the left sinus of V alsalva is a rare but clinically significant congenital abnormality, d ifficult to diagnose angiographically. We describe a patient in whom m agnetic resonance imaging was used to delineate the anomalous course o f the right coronary artery following angiographic demonstration limit ed by technical considerations.
