Abstract
Ready carbonylative cycloadditions were observed in the protodesilylat ion of trimethylsilyl)alkynyl)(diallylamino)carbene)metal complexes me diated by fluoride ions. A study of the ability of this ion to activat e the ''(CO)5M'' fragments for an efficient carbonylative insertion pr ocess was carried out and extended to organic enynes.
