Abstract
The several advantages of using cyclodextrins in the mobile phase of H PLC include: separation selectivity based on fixed cavity size; stabil ity over a wide pH range; lack of UV interference; water solubility; n o critical concentration for encapsulation of solutes; reversibility o f inclusion; and enhanced luminescence detection of fluorescent cyclod extrin-analyte complex.
