Molybdenum is one of the basic alloying elements of rotor steels. It i
s well known that additions of molybdenum refines grains, improves mec
hanical properties, and changes the critical points of steels. In this
paper, we consider the effect of alloying up to 1.05% molybdenum on a
combination of properties of the 25Kh2N2MFA steel.
