In connection with the emergence of new areas of technology, the need
to use high-temperature-strength nickel-based dispersion-hardened allo
ys has arisen as materials for large-scale structural components. Beca
use of the absence of fairly powerful and efficient forge presses and
rolling mills, the possibility of applying cast materials without any
subsequent deformation becomes one of the determining factors for its
selection. For high-load components in the structures of nuclear power
plants with gaseous heat carriers, a promising structural material is
the KhN56MBYuD (EK-62) nickel alloy. In this paper, we examine the pr
operties of this alloy after various heat treatments.
