Abstract
Various imaging modalities currently used to evaluate liver tumors inc lude magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasonography, contrast-enhanced co mputed tomography, and computed tomographic arterial portography. In o ur review of 28 cases, we found CT arterial portography to be very sen sitive, and in 5 of these 28 cases CT arterial portography was a key f actor in altering the course of therapy.
