Abstract
Laser flash photolysis and stationary photolysis of liquid solutions a nd frozen methanol matrices were used to demonstrate that the photoche mical transformations of dithiocarbamate complexes of Ni(IV) occur wit hin the coordination sphere. The spectral and kinetic characteristics of the intermediates were established; the kinetic parameters were det ermined for the primary process of Ni-S bond cleavage and further stag es.
