This past summer, we were privileged to spend a month in Egypt. Our tr ip was sponsored by the Volunteers in Overseas Cooperative Assistance who had us working for the Agricultural Cooperative Development Intern ational. These are both international foundations sponsored for the mo st part by our federal government, and each year they send over 1,000 American agricultural experts to help the farmers in underdeveloped co untries.
