Abstract
A combined hernimelia and ectrodactyly in a Najdi sheep is presented. Hemimelia, the absence of half of one or more segment of a limb, is a rare congenital defect in animals which has been described in cattle, goats, and sheep. Ectrodactyly is the absence of one or more digits an d has been previously reported in cattle.
