Abstract
Recently the authors have shown that quantum interference effects with in a single hopping event can produce damped oscillations of the hoppi ng magnetoconductivity of lightly doped semiconductors. Here we invest igate this effect as a function of compensation. We find that the osci llation frequency is doubled as the Fermi level moves from the top to the center of the impurity band.
