W. Schirmacher et al., QUANTUM OSCILLATIONS OF THE HOPPING MAGNETOCONDUCTIVITY IN DOPED SEMICONDUCTORS - THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION, Solid state communications, 88(2), 1993, pp. 125-129
Recently the authors have shown that quantum interference effects with
in a single hopping event can produce damped oscillations of the hoppi
ng magnetoconductivity of lightly doped semiconductors. Here we invest
igate this effect as a function of compensation. We find that the osci
llation frequency is doubled as the Fermi level moves from the top to
the center of the impurity band.
