Five ulnar palsies with spontaneous improvement, from the medial percu
taneous pinning, have been analysed out of thirty two displaced suprac
ondylar fractures of the humerus. These findings allow us to discuss t
his technique, despite the advantages provided by the mechanical stabi
lity of this fixation.
