The emf values for the cell without liquid junction: Pt, (1-x)H2+xCO2\
NaHCO3 (m1), NaCl (m2), CO2 (m3), Glucose (m4)\AgCl-Ag have been measu
red over a broad range of ionic strength at 278.15 to 318.15 K. The va
lues of acidic constants of CO2, pK1(0), in aqueous glucose solution h
ave been determined from the precese emf measurements by the both meth
ods: improved Harned's extrapolation and the polynomial approximation
proposed by us. The values of pK1(0) obtained the both methods are in
good agreement within experimental error. The dependence of first acid
ic constant on temperature is given as a empirical equation: pK1(0)=A1
+A2/T+A3T. The thermodynamic quatities of first dissociation process O
f CO2 in the aqueous glucose solution have been calculated, and the re
sults have been discussed.
