Abstract
Molecular beam epitaxial growth of Fe/Cr(001), Fe/Cr(110) and Co/Cu(11
1) superlattices is discussed. High-quality Fe/Cr(001) superlattices h
ave been obtained. However, Fe/Cr(110) showed a facet growth. Co/Cu(11
1) superlattices showed a topologically rough surface, but large magne
toresistance ratio and antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling.
