Abstract
Time differential perturbed angular correlation (TDPAC) and monoenerge tic positron beam measurements of the Cu-Hf multilayers have been perf ormed. The structural disorder and the remarkable strain in Hf layers of the multilayer are discussed from the microscopic point of view.
