Abstract
In-plane electrical and thermal conductivities of Ag/Al and Ag/Cu mult ilayered films were measured at room temperature as a function of the modulation wavelength LAMBDA. Obtained Lorentz number values of Ag/Cu multilayers are in good agreement with that given by the free electron theory. The Wiedemann-Franz law holds in both multilayers and the dom inant carriers are conduction electrons.
