Abstract
We show the existence of a solution to the Navier-Stokes equation taki ng the vorticity omega as the unknown: omega(t) + Aomega + Bomega = mu , omega(0) = omega0. Here, omega0 and mu are bounded Radon measures. T his study is motivated by a numerical approximation which will be give n in a forthcoming work [1].
