Abstract
We present a case of ethmoidal adenocarcinoma which in early stages of the disease produced a meningeal carcinomatosis. Its first clinical m anifestation, bilateral deafness, is exceptional. The patient's histor y and endoscopic and histopathological findings are presented and the relevant literature is reviewed.
