Pursuing our investigations on N-aryl or N-cycloalkyl substituted amid
es and formamidines with antiinflammatory and/or analgesic activity, t
wo set of cycloalkyl substituted amides and formamidines were prepared
and tested for analgesic activity against a chemical stimulus. Some c
ompounds, particularly the amides 7, 11, 17 and the formamidine 35 pro
ved to be endowed with this activity.
