Abstract
Features of the replication of hologram diffraction gratings fabricate d using a light-sensitive material based on vitreous chalcogenide semi conductors are investigated. It is shown that the line profile of the hologram diffraction grating differs from the calculated sinusoidal pr ofile; this leads to a difference in the spectral diffraction efficien cy of different generations of replicas. The replicas are inferior to the grating die on the average by a factor of 1.5-2.0 in terms of the scattered light level.
