Abstract
The construction principles of equipment for monitoring the phase-reli ef structure of diffraction optical elements while it is forming are d escribed. The methodological bases for using the equipment, the result s of tests of an operating prototype, and the optical characteristics of phase-relief gratings obtained on different photographic materials are presented.
