Abstract
A case of crossed cerebellar atrophy after cranial trauma, with a 12-y ear neuroradiological follow-up is reported. This uncommon cerebellar degeneration has previously been reported only as an autopsic finding. It results from a lesion affecting the contralateral cerebral hemisph ere. The role of different cerebro-cerebellar pathways is discussed
