Abstract
A model is constructed for plasma chemical reactions in water vapor io nized by an electron beam. The plasma composition is calculated numeri cally. It is shown that the H2O- ion has a strong effect on the charge d particle subsystem and little effect on the neutral particles. It is found that atoms and radicals accumulate efficiently in these plasmas , so that they are promising from an ecological standpoint and for ste rilization.
