Abstract
TFD model is employed to analyse the mechanism in the abrupt changes o f conductivity of a mixture of nanometer size crystals and two amorpho us specimens. Criterions are proposed to raise the conductivity and du ctility of the mixture. There will be possibilities to design light an d ductile substances from light elements in nanometer size.
