Abstract
The mechanism of compaction in sintering alpha-Al2O3 with no additives and with 5 wt. % ZrO2 and TiO2 and the mechanism of sintering of cord ierite glass were investigated with experimental data obtained in noni sothermal conditions. The effect of the composition of the sintered ma terial on the kinetic parameters and course of compaction during sinte ring was investigated. The method of defining the minimum errors of de termination of the kinetic parameters of sintering and the method of d ecreasing their possible correlation using software for personal compu ters were studied.
