Abstract
Three new norditerpene dilactones have been isolated from the root bar k of Podocarpus nagi. Their structures have been established as 1-deox ynagilactone A, 1-deoxy-2,3-dehydronagilactone A and 2,3-dehydronagila ctone A by means of spectroscopic analyses. A possible biosynthetic pa thway for the formation of the P. nagi diterpenoids has been proposed.
