Abstract
A new isoprenylated flavanone has been isolated from the exudate of th e resin glands present in shoot apices and young leaves of Azadirachta indica and characterized as -(3-hydroxy-3,3-dimethylbutyl)-4'-methoxy flavanone on the basis of physical and spectroscopic data.
